Salary & Benefits

Salary Range (Annual)

Entry Level (0-3 yrs experience): $84,000-$110,400

Senior Level (3+ yrs experience): $121,200-$162,000

Manager: $160,000-$200,000

Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage

Coverage may begin on the first day of the month following the hire date.

PTO & Holidays

Engineers: 12+ days PTO

Managers: 15-20+ days PTO

Floating Holidays

Bonus Structure

Base + Bonus (1 month of annual salary)

Managers: Base + KPI Oriented Bonus, open to discussion
